About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hiring Manager to lead our recruitment efforts. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruitment, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new employees. Success in this role requires strong sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and define job requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Track key metrics and report on recruitment progress.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; relevant experience may substitute.
